I have always been an insecure person.

So here is a picture of my sisters and I.

We don’t even realize how much numbers dictate our lives. They are quite powerful. And if you use numbers in the wrong equation in life … it can lead to a lifetime of misery.

I believe there are two sides to recovery - the spiritual side and the physical side. As we start out on this New Year I thought it would be fitting to talk about the physical side to recovery.

If you read part one, then you know anorexia stole a lot of joy from the holiday season. Here in part two, I go into my struggles while I was bulimic.
